Good size for a man 6'0", well packeged, easy to read assembly instructions, every part bag came with extra parts(something you don't see anymore), very well built and sturdy for a great price, great starter bench.

Like the product especially for a kid because it's not too heavy. Is heavy in the box so may need someone to lift.

Instructions were great. The wrenches were a little slim for the lock nuts. A wider wrench would help in the installation. My weights are old and they do not have a large hole for the weights to rest on the extensions, but that is okay.

I would rate this item five stars, except I received the wrong back rest bars, which prevented me from completing the assembly of the weight bench. I contacted the vendor and it took nearly two months to get the correct parts sent from China. Product is excellent - when assembled - but quality control and customer service from this vendor were lacking.

Bought it for my son, he says it’s difficult to use if bench not flat and can’t put multiple weights on bar if using bench because of placement of the holding hooks on the bench, makes the weights to close to the end of weight bar.

Spend a bit more on higher quality equipment. this bench is okay for a light routine but I definitely wouldn't put more than 200 lbs on it. the metal is cheap, thin, and low quality. it easily warps. when fully assembled it is very loose and not very stable. the bench part feels like it will be the first part to fail as it is made of mdf for some unknown reason. not at all worth the price.

Two big design flaws: 1) This is not an "Olympic" width bench, it's between olympic and standard so awkward hand position unracking/racking bar during bench press. 2) Bar catch brackets are very short so very difficult and NOT SAFE racking the bar after a bench press set without a spotter. 3) Thickness (gauge) of metal is less than more expensive models.

The screws were not the right match for the bench I had to go to Lowe's and try to find what I needed, it was a gift for my grandsons and they put it together, I went by their home to check it out and it was a MESS😤 I'm glad I went over to check it out before they used it, it could have been a horrible situation, that was a careless mistake THE WRONG SCREWS😒
