I've used this product for a year and find it very convenient when required in recipes. Many Chinese dishes include this ingredient and it is easier to keep on hand than whole ginger. It also keeps its potency and and has a long shelf life.

we put this juice in everything from our jerky marinate or adding 1T to coke or Pepsi for a amazing drink (crown is optional)
