Great for drinks!

After purchasing two bottles earlier, I was delighted to see the product on sale and promptly purchased the limit. I have been adding the organic ginger juice and an ounce of organic apple juice to my green juice and carrot juice. I’ve used it in curries and stir-fries. It is an easy way to add ginger to so many recipes. Highly recommended.

I wanted to make a special cocktail recipe that called for Ginger Syrup. This allowed me to make it. I added a simple syrup to 1 1/2 bottles of this juice and had a thick, delicious syrup. Perfect as an add to red wine along with fresh lime juice. A holiday special drink!

This is my lazy product - it's very convenient since I love to put Ginger on everything. It works better and easier to use than ground ginger or grating fresh ginger. I highly recommend this product but I wish I could get more at a tad bit lower price.

I've just ordered my 4th bottle. Each morning I pour some ginger juice in hot water with lemon juice and a little cayenne pepper. I feel it's a high quality product with lots of health benefits. It tastes great. Remember to refrigerate after opening.
