arrived early, exactly what I wanted

This is a high-quality bicycle with beautiful colors and a simple and clear instruction manual, which makes the installation process very simple. The accompanying accessories are also very practical, such as baskets and bells. My child can't put it down, and I am very satisfied with this shopping experience!

Easy to assemble and adjust height of seat and handlebars. My kid loves the color and the basket. The platform on the back is also great for adding another basket or saddlebags. Great quality and light enough for my 7 year old to handle easily.

We ordered the pink 20 inch bike. It's a good size for my 9 year old girl. The bike seems to be sturdy. She rides on it with my 10 year old boy on the back seat without any problems A

It's very easy to put together. I did it within 30 minutes. Excellent quality for the money. My kids love riding it !

Front wheel is warped and therefore does not rotate properly. It rubs against the break and certain points in its rotation. Additionally, the rear rack does not fit as it should due to the chain guard. After reading the instructions, they state the rack is only made for the 24" bikes. We purchased this bike specifically for that rear rack. Why sell the rack if it doesn't fit the bike?

Bike size is for a toddler 5 yrs old or younger size is smaller than stated in description do not buy you will be disappointed bought for daughter birthday IT WAS RUINED. Too small to use. Poor customer service no response PRODUCT FROM OVERSEAS NO WALMART RETURN RUN!

The 3rd Party sent me the wrong bike. It is clearly Pink and says "Pink" on the side of the box. I've kept it in the box and been trying to return for a refund since the day it was received and I can't get a response out of the third party. They asked for photos and then have ghosted me. Can anyone help with this?

I love the bike but the rim came bent and they told me to send a video so they can determine what is needed to fix it and i have not heard anything. so procduct is good but customer service for the 3rd party sucks

The frame cracked on my granddaughter bike . Never seen this happen before. The bike was a Christmas gift. She only had it for 4 months.
