Gladiator GearTrack® Pack, GAGPUB2PPY

The Gladiator GearTrack Pack completely transformed our workspace. Before installing it, we had tools, cords, and yard equipment piled on the floor or leaning against the wall, constantly in the way and hard to keep organized. Now everything has a dedicated place, is easy to access, and most importantly, off the ground. Installation was straightforward, and the system feels extremely sturdy once mounted. purchased one about one month ago and I could not believe I could actually put the gear track on my garage wall with little help. I plan to make additional purchases in the future. My wife almost collapsed when she saw I did it. Looking at covering my garage pad as it is in dire need for improvement.

Easy-to-use and install.

The GearTrack pack works as advertised. My only issue was shipping delays and lack of communication from Gladiator. I placed my order on 5 Oct. I received no communication from Gladiator other than confirming my order on 5 Oct. On 2 Nov, I called customer service and informed me my order would ship this week. I finally received my order on 4 November. I understand delayed shipping due to the pandemic, however the lack of communication is unacceptable.

I love the functionality of the hardware hooks staying put in the place that you put them and not being able to slide back and forth inadvertently when removing or placing tools or equipment on the hooks. All hardware hooks clamp over the gear track and snap in the exact place that you put them. I love the durability and capacity of this system. Now for the reason for deducting a STAR from the rating. I know each customer has a wide variety uses for this system but it would still be better to offer a few other hook accessories in the kit instead of the bear minimum. All pieces were very well packed to avoid damage during shipping but I found the wall gear track had been chipped out pieces the size of half of quarter coin where the nylon banding strap was. It appeared that it may have happened during the process of band strapping the two gear tracks together. Luckily it was on the back side of each piece so it was in a inconspicuous location against the wall.
