I buy these regularly for my mother who is diabetic and has dementia... She does not eat much so whenever she takes her pills we give her this to take them with to boost her protein intake. I have now started giving her protein drinks with much higher content at meals as well so these are used strictly with her pills and as a backup if we ever run out of the brand of high protein drink we give her at meals. As with most protein drinks these are expensive... as expensive as the ones with 4 times as much protein in them so cost is an issue for me but other than that they are a good product

Excellent source of Protein and is a great quick go to that not only curbs the cravings for sweets, it helps to regulate insulin and sugar levels and definitely works for a quick snack for a meal replacement when you missed a meal. I'm diabetic but don't have to take insulin. I take Ozympic instead and Metformin. I try to drink one or two Glucernas every day. Not only is it a great snack, it helps me avoid blood sugar peaks and valleys. Vanilla is my favorite flavor.

Although I do not have diabetes, I drink these when I'm working too hard to stop to eat. I keep these with me and because they need no refrigeration, they are very convenient. Thankfully they taste great and hold me over until my next meal.

My choice for breakfast in the mornings along with my coffee as I am not one to normally eat breakfast. Also great to drink at night when you get the urge to snack and don't want to eat something you shouldn't. Definitely can tell it curbs my sweet tooth when I would normally grab something I shouldn't. Wish the price was cheaper.

I drink Glucerna every day. It's not as thick and gelatinous as some other meal replacement drinks, and it doesn't have an aftertaste. I will also use it as a base in my smoothies and add extra things to it, like fruit and yogurt.
