Superb snack for persons with diabetes
I have had type 2 diabetes for at least 8 years. A diabetes nurse educator advised me that a bedtime snack may be very helpful to control overnight glucose levels. Also, there is a risk of hypoglycemia if you don't eat often enough. Glucerna bars travel easily and are a good source of snacks. I've tried many of the flavors and my preference is chocolate peanut. I'd encourage anyone with diabetes to try different flavors to find out which one(s) they prefer.

a great little snack
i keep these in my purse so o don't have to worry about low blood sugar, or having a sugar spike after i eat one. they taste great and help my "something sweet" craving.

Spike to the hilt!
After eating one of these, my bg spiked so high I fell asleep. I attributed it to something else the first and second times, but the third time I ate one, I had nothing that could spike my sugar, so there is no doubt that these "snacks" will spike your sugar massively. I have used the "Extend" anytime bars and they DON'T spike my sugar at all. And they taste better too.

Beware. My issue!?
Snap shipped this item in an Amazon box with an Amazon receipt inside. No indication that it came from Walmart or even from Snap. Caused so much confusion and wasted so much of my time. Then Snap asked what my issue is with all of that. My issue?! Omg.
