I really wanted to love this but....
I bought this after my mom recommended it to me due to my osteoarthritis. After the first few days I felt a slight improvement. After the first week, I did have almost half decrease in my pain level but I noticed I was constantly clearing my throat all day, worse at night with a constant feeling a need to swallow. Nothing was helping it go away until i stopped taking this supplement. It was the only new thing I added to my daily regimen. It's not worth taking this to me if I'm having constant throat clearing issues. I will say it does help pain, whether it's from joint or muscle because it definitely helped me. I know everyone is different and this could be just me but try it and see how it works for you.
