Great OTC medication.
My son and I have very bad knees and drinking the glucosamine helps some. Now as any medication, it may not work the same or have same effects, and as always recommended, talk to your physician first.

Good quantity for the price. Size of pills are a bit large but swallowable. No taste. Been using for several years with no known side effects.

Very Disappointed in product
I tried using these instead of Osteo Bi-Flex and I ran into my knees getting worse. I tried it for 3-4 weeks in case it needed in my system. Took 3x a day and it did absolutely nothing nothing for my knees. I went back to Osteo BiFlex and my knees felt better in 3 days. Now i'm out money. Very disappointed.
