The Ripped Vitapak is an absolute necessity for me. It gives me the energy I need, provides the majority of nutrients my body needs, keeps my immune system strong, helps with keeping my weight under control, and keeps my energy levels up. It makes my workouts at the gym more beneficial. Whenever I have stopped taking it, my energy levels have dropped within a week. I highly recommend the GNC Vitapak.

A bit on the high end for vitamins, but worth every dollar if you're willing to stick with a workout regimen and a reasonably balanced diet. A word of warning: Do not start here. Work your way up to these using other vitamins. The overall potency might be too much for someone just starting to get into shape. (I Shouldn't have to say it, but there it is.) Other than that, i could recommend these to anyone that seeks to walk the path of the swole. :)

Favorite product from GNC. its a standard for energy and weight maintenance. I use this as my base multi-vitamin pack along with GF-9 and T-support from BioGenics, 6 out of 7 mornings a week (non workout days too). On workout days, I couple this with Woke AF pre-work, a 30-45 min workout either calisthenics/ weight training or cardio. I intermit from 1230p-830p and aim for a minimum of 6000 steps outside of my workout, as well. My goal was to lose weight, focused on mid section and inner thigh fat. I've been very successful with all combined consistently. Training was inconsistent at times but the vita pack kept things regulated. I've lost weight, built muscle, gained endurance/ stamina.. and not to forget to mention I'm going rounds/sets .. I'm not talking just the gym/ weight room either.

I tried so many different types of vitapaks and vitamins regimens. However none of them gave me the satisfaction nor the results that the ripped gives me! I love it and I usually dont take it in the winter time but I have stayed with it and now I am able to tolerate the thermogenic year round!

Before I tried the "Ripped" multi vitamin, I had a gut they made me look like I was six months pregnant. I am a guy. When I walked for exercise, and women jogged passed me by, I felt less than a man. When I purchased the multi vitamin I noticed immediate results less than a week. As I exercised while taking Ripped" I noticed my pants was hanging off me. Before then, I didn't need a belt. I looked in the mirror and my stomach was shrinking. My chest, biceps, and triceps was more muscular and toned. Yes sir, in less than a week. This is my spinach like pop eye the sailor man. I would recommend it to anyone. Especially if you have weight issues. Which can result in Health Problems.

So far i have lost 15 pounds, 3 inches around my waist, and feel great. Be warned - the thermogenic takes some getting used to. It does make you literally feel like you have a temporary fever. Great for people with active jobs, as the stimulant effects are consistent for 3+ hours if you stay active.

I'm anticipating this being Five Stars! This is my first day taking the Men's Ripped AMP, I will further update as time goes on, I'm really excited about this! As of now I'm 36 yrs old, 5ft 6in, 170lbs. And looking to get that lean ripped muscles with some weight loss. I workout 5 days a week, 1hr each day, on top of my high intensity job. GodBless!

kept taking them every morning for 2 days then found out they shipped me 4 months expired supplements, tried to return at Walmart, they refused, totally screwed.

Used to get 2 times the amount in these boxes. Same price. Now you get half cause why woukd gnc care about their customers right? This is pathetically over priced and marginal now for the cost. they just have a decent thermal igniter pill and they're exploiting that one aspect. I'm finding a new supplement this is gouging. Not stepping through another GNC door. Bodybuilding . Com, all day, now fam.

My husband and I tried the ripped vitapak (mens for him women's for me) and had a terrible experience. We typically take the energy & metabolism vitapak with no issues and thought we would kick it up a notch. Within 1 day of trying we both had terrible headaches. Mine turned into a migraine that lasted 3 days. We took as directed too. I tried to return or get a store credit but nothing could be done due to covid. We are out 90 and dissatisfied. I bought are usual and we are back to normal. I would think again before taking this.
