I love it bike is amazing love the fact the owner manual does come with instructions on how to override the speed limit set on the bike but to be honest I don’t think it’s needed the bike itself goes pretty fast enough to bring tears out my eyes with the wind lol love that it folds I can just fold it and put in car or bus or train and the price is unbelievable

Once final assembly is completed, it serves my needs very well. Beware, instructions are minimal at best. Knowledge of bicycle maintenance and mechanical workings is very helpful. YouTube has helpful videos. Vivi does respond to emails. My use is for cruising around with a bum knee. The seat was brutal, so I bought a more comfortable one. Most every everything arrived well fitted,ie; brakes, etc. Works great. Very pleased with my purchase.

I like the ease of going up hill's with the electric assistance, before I got this bike I couldn't go very far because of how hilly it is here…now, even though I am out of shape, I can easily do a 6.5 mile trip in about 30 minutes. I like that I can do the last part of the ride without having to do any pedaling. I disliked that it had problems with the rear brake (it would work sometimes-when you squeezed the brake it would work for a few seconds and then it would make a popping sound and no brake. I took it to a bike shop and had it adjusted-works fine now) I also disliked the rear fender and removed it. First ride 17 miles even though I am heavy and out of shape….AMAZING

The package arrived on time, the order was for Gocio e-bike but I received a ViVi brand. Nice looking and partially assembled but instructions were not great. Had to watch instructional video multiple times for each part that required assembly. It does fold nicely and waiting on battery to charge to see display monitor. I bought this bike for my husband and I'm not sure what he thinks of it. Hoping once charged he will ride it tomorrow and I can complete this review

For the money spent the bike is an ok value. Assembly was fairly easy for me. After assembly you see some issues with my bike. 1st test ride I noticed the disk pads rubbing and it would slightly slow the rolling after you peddle some. See photos on how I fixed that issue. What was worse is that part of the metal of the rear brake was also slightly rubbing , metal to metal on the rear brake, you could not fit a piece of paper between the disk brake and the brake. 3rd BIG ISSUE AS MANY HERE SAY IS THIS BIKE SEAT IS FOR SOMEONE 5"8" AND I am 6FT. The seat post CAN ONLY GO SO HIGH. I WILL FIND THE CORRECT CIRCUMFERENCE seat post TO REPLACE AND GET A MORE Comfortable seat. Next I would like to know where we can get a 2nd battery? Also I think the bike came with a horn but what ever that round thing is, it does nothing at all, and wish I can get a replacement. The ride on the bike with pedal assist is good, when going from 5 to zero I noticed it takes a little extra time to go off and their is a slight drag before it lets go. It does work good enough for my riding. The display is clear and easy to read. When powering on I noticed I have to unzip the bag and hit the power button on the battery as the power on button on the lcd only works after I hit the power on the battery itself. The gear shifters work ok, and are easy to use. The suspension is good. Handlebars and grips are perfect for me. While both wheels now spin freely and no rubbing. I hope the ride is better when I get the right seat post for my height. Due to the issues I would not recommend this bike.

I bought two of these bikes. But I received two different bikes from VIVI. I believe this company is doing a BAIT AND SWITCH. I've contacted Wal-mart and I'm waiting on an email from the seller. Was told it could take up to 48 hours. . Wal-mart should remove this seller from their website. I used a credit card for this purchase so luckily I have protection with my card service.

I ordered two of these bikes on 3/29/24. I received two different bikes today. Looks like this company has a big issue with BAIT AND SWITCH. Wal-mart should remove this seller from their website. Wal-mart said I should receive an email within 48 hours. Bad business practices.

Im so disappointed on this bicycle. I bought the 500w battery the one, they give me 360w. it last an hour to 1.5 hours. And all the screws are lose. specially the head turn wheel, so easy to lose yeah, It's a metal heavy frame, not aluminum. quality is bad. for this Ebike not worth $700, feels like should be around $350🤦🏻

Vivi Bike shipped the bike with a defective part, the circular plastic piece that holds the power meter on the handlebar arrived broken in half. I haven't been able to ride the bike. The manufacturer is giving me a difficult time shipping the replacement part. They want me to pay for it. Why should I pay for a defective part?
