I absolutely love this bike. First of all, I ordered the bike with an expected delivery date of about 10-14 days. I was happy to hear only 3 days later that it would be delivered the next day. Ordered on Tuesday and received it on Friday. Assembly was super easy and the manual was easy to follow. As for the battery, it was fully charged in about 3 hours. The controls are easy to understand and use. I have had the bike for almost a week and I have already put 150 miles on it. I've almost exclusively used it in pedal assist mode and have gone for 25 mile trips each time and still show nearly half a charge when I get back. I am a larger guy (5' 11" / 250lbs) and I am able to take some pretty long and steep hills at 18mph without getting out of breath. These are hills I would never in my wildest dreams think about tackling on a regular 21 speed bike. All in all, I would definitely recommend this bike.... actually, I already have recommended it to a few of my friends. If you are wondering if you should buy this bike, stop and just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

This company is solid. Support is also amazing. Great bike. Was able to go to mountain high ski lift in Los Angeles with this bike. From Beach to hills can do it all. Absolutely amazing!

Delivery: Extremely quick! Packing: Exceptional Tool Kit: Very adequate Appearance: Looks good and well put together. Manual: 1. What's in the box (Parts List) did not list the headlight. It does have a headlight. 2. Saddle (Seat): Extremely inadequate and uncomfortable. Buy another one. You might have to swap out the seat shafts as well. I did. 3. Small Black Rubber Nib: Be sure to look for the small rubber nib that goes over the setscrew on the handlebar shaft. I think it fell out of the Tool Kit bag when I opened it. Thankfully I found it. It keeps rain/debris out of the setscrew hex slot. 4. Graphics: Exceptional line drawings 5. There is confusion about the Power of the motor. The Manual (Back Cover) says 500W. The Walmart ad said 48V 10.4Ah Battery, 750W. It seems to have adequate power. 6. The front forks are stabilized in shipping by an "All-Thread" threaded shaft which has two nuts on each end to mount it to the front forks. Mine fell out when I was unpacking it. Its purpose is solely to keep the front forks from being deformed during shipping. You will replace the All-thread Shaft with the other shaft supplied that has a quick release lever. 7. My LCD meter was already installed as was my light, which was also connected. Instructions are there to install them if yours are not. 8. Tire Pressure: Page 16 has a Notice to maintain proper tire pressure. I don't recall seeing an exact tire pressure in the manual. The Chao Yang tire itself says 65 PSI max. 9. The Instruction "Manual" refers to a "Car Body" and a "Car" (p. 24, 3rd %26 7th bullets) and paragraphs were repeated twice on the same page on two occasions (in error). 10. The operational instructions could be clearer. The battery is charged when the charger light turns from red to green. 11. I have enjoyed the Gocio 27.5" E-bike. It really does well on hills. Never occurred to me that you can't ride it in the rain or on wet streets. Cheers!

it’s a great bike but makesure you tighten up all the bolts cause they don’t do it from the factory, shipping will take 3-4 days i love this bike

Good value for price. Have no real problem but a slight squeaking on back gears! Bike loses pull on high incline hills! The one problem is the seat! Your padding will need padding! Every bump is jarring! I replaced what a well padded seat and I'm good to go! Happy with purchase and now use to commute to and from work everyday!

The front light and electric horn housing is broken

The front shock selector mechanism came broken making the bike loose when operating. Its unable to adjust the front shocks or safely ride because of this. Quality control was definitely lacking before shipping.

bike arrived with lots of scratches to the frame and the LCD screen, assembly instructions were not very clear. i tried returning product but seller was not helpful, basically refused return forcing subpar discount

Bike came broke after 2 days brakes broke, and you could only ride with peddle assist. The electric wasn't working. Bought extra warranty but they couldn't help as it was still under manufacturing warranty. %23 I was given to call MFG was cancelled. Tried to contact 2 local bike shops but neither would help me or work on bike since the bike isn't UL2849 compliant. Tried to return the bike but because a 3 party seller was involved I had to go thru them. They were more willing not to take bike back and refund me then helping me. Wanted video of what wasn't working then technical team would try to assist us in fixing but we didn't know what was wrong and acknowledge how would we show them that. Went on for almost a month without resolution. I wanted a full refund and purchase a compliant bike. I ended up just keeping the bike and we would try to deal with ourselves. I couldn't deal with seller any longer. No one was willing to actually help. Last email I was told they would offer me so much money if I was willing to accept or if I chose to return it could arrive broken and I wouldn't get any money back. And it would take a long long time to get my refund. At this point I thought I was being bullied. I wouldn't even give a one star if it wasn't required. Unhappy customer all around for both sellers.
