This bike is perfect! Putting this bike together was easy, fast, and all the tools/pieces were included. The battery can last up to 20 miles (in my case). The part cargo rack in the back is a life saver as I can attach a bag and it can carry so many things. The bike is very HEAVY though so if you’re planning on lifting it to put it on the bus, it’ll be a little challenging! The only bad thing I’d say about this is the fenders are very weak and I had to change mine in the first week.

I like the bike it's faster, lighter, better than my other ebike. it died with over 13,000 miles on it after 4 Years. Send me another review. In 1 month and i can update further .

Seems a very good value for the price I paid. My son put it together easily. I plan to use it to commute as an addition to public transportation. It can be easily out on out regional trains or busses with racks. I hadn't ridden a bike in years (GenX,) but I caught on quickly and the electric assist will mean I can make it up hills I would have had to walk a regular bike up. I did need to replace inner tubes already. Son rode over curbs at higher speed than I would have. Otherwise, seems sturdy and seat and hand grips are comfortable.

The bike itself is amazing! Love how it rides goes very well. The pedal assist is amazing! Only thing I would say is it would be very nice if the bike when the 20 miles an hour like it stated! This bike only goes 15.5 mph and it definitely needs a better seat of them that love the bike.

The bike came much faster than expected. Somewhat easy to assemble if you’re familiar with bicycles in general. I had to attach the handle bars, seat, pedals, front wheel, front fender, and rear reflector. The description of the product on the WAL-MART website is a bit confusing, some features mentioned were not on the bike I received (mine didn’t have a key-locking battery feature and there’s no “cruise control” or walk assist). Also, the manual advises to attach the battery to the frame of the bike but mine only made sense to hang it from the front handle bars with the provided nylon woven bag using Velcro straps. I was disappointed at this because I feel it makes it an easy thing that can be stolen if not removed. Inconvenient to say the least. The bike is zippy and powerful, however, my first time out I went 10 miles with no issues. Handled hills fairly easily. I used the pedal assist and full electric modes. This is my first e-bike purchase and I’m happy with it. Can’t go wrong with the price. I’d recommend overall just be aware what you get may vary slightly from the description provided in the item listing.

So far so good. This is my second gocio, my first was the foldable version, that is still going, but worn down. This one seems to be pretty simalr but did upgrade a few things that were issues with the first. The brakes are still terrible, and the front fender came cracked. Other than those two things I would've given it a 5. Great bike for the cost, just make sure to replace brake pads. I wish a 4.5 was an option.

Terrible customer service. The design is faulty with the battery stored where it is (so high on the frame, under the handlebars, unlike similar designs from other manufacturers). It arrived with a broken battery mount and a brake disk that was malformed. It still is not usable and the company is refusing a return. DO NOT ORDER THIS BIKE OR ANY OTHER BIKE FROM GOCIO it's a scam!!!

When I open the box, the rim was bent and cracked, the back tire. I had to purchase another one from Amazon for almost $200. When I receive the product, I realized how difficult it might be for me so I contacted the company and they told me I would have to pay for the shipping in order to return the product. The bike weighs almost 100 pounds so shipping would’ve been very expensive, then they offered me $200 off the price that I had paid. So because they’re returning policy stinks I decided to keep the bike and the $200 which I have to spend on the back tire. I would definitely say do not buy this bike.

I received a bicycle that I ordered for $500 and the front tire was flat. I took it over to the mechanic and had it filled in one day. The tire was empty. I have reached out to them and they still have not reached back out. I am upset and I am going to return the bicycle.

front fender came bent, doesnt fit, too close to the tire and scratching the front tire, cant make it right. the screw to hold front light was so tight impossible to loose, like welded on the metal. used all tool and finally loose it, and screw hole was destroyed
