Bought for my daughter, and she said it was comfortable to wear, but the straps that go underneath can dig in if properly secured. Still rating 4 stars as it does the job and keeps them floating.

I wanted to love it. I ordered the medium which was supposed to fit 19-30 kg per the listing but when I got the jacket it says M 15-19kg. It also is not US coast guard approved. The fit was still good regardless of weight limit so use at your own risk!

I thought that would be great if you’re Planning on using it just at the pool. But it is not recommended for any kind of boat or tube or lake, etc. It is not coast guard approved therefore not really your best choice when looking for those kind of outdoor recreational activities just color like that to make sure your kid is extra secure, but overall just not what we were looking for when needing for a boat

This is NOT a life jacket. It is NOT intended to save the life of a toddler. It will actively drown a small child if you do not keep your hand on it at all times. It tipped my son face forward over and over again. It should ONLY be used for strong swimmers who need a little more support in a late or something. IT IS NOT COASTGUARD APPROVED. IF YOU NEED A LIFEJACKET FOR YOUR TODDLER IT SHOULD HAVE A COASTGUARD LOGO ON IT.
