Golberg Heavy Duty Durable Natural Twisted Sisal Rope

As usual with my many online Walmart purchases I was not disappointed. Great quality, great price, fast shipping. Great company, quality products throughout my personal experiences with Walmart.

i purchsed 1" rope, not right for project. however, just tossed rope on floor where kitties play. they love the rope %26 play smell attack. great toy!

Planning on using it to refine the decor in my home I started to make rope gadgets and hang them as artworks. For this purpose I don't know the true strength of the rope, however the natural rope adds a flair to my home

The only reason I'm giving it two stars and not one is because it arrived fast and the packaging was decent. The things I don't like are how badly it's already separating and shedding. I understand with natural fiber rope it may do that a bit, but it literally looks as bad as the rope I'm trying to replace. And it seems a bit expensive for such a small amount of rope. Maybe I'm wrong though.

The size I ordered ended up being much bigger than I thought it would be. It was shorter than I thought, too. I'm using it to repair a cat tree, and won't use Wal-Mart to buy more. The 100' is not in stock!

I'm not even sure it is sisal. This is the second time I buy this rope, the first time it was great, the second time I had to return it because I simply can't use it. This is supposed to be chemical and oil free, but per the color and the very intense kerosene-like smell it definitely it is not oil and chemical free. Even the box it came in had oil stains. The first time I order it was perfect, no smell and the color I would expect from a sisal rope. It also had a little thank you note from Golberg, this time it didn't (I don't care about the note, but it is a reason why I think they sent the wrong rope). See pictures attached, one of them is just the current rope, in the other one I put the first rope I arrived for comparison. Completely different products. I am trying to contact the sellers, if they sent the wrong thing and can correct it then that's fine and I can update the review, mistakes happen
