I got this to redo one of the posts on my cat tower. although this worked great for the purpose, because it was a low post and could not be removed, it was a real pain in the back side. I have tried to convince my cat that she needs to do the dishes or sweep the floors while I'm gone in order to repay my efforts, but so far no compliance.

wrong turns right!
i purchsed 1" rope, not right for project. however, just tossed rope on floor where kitties play. they love the rope %26 play smell attack. great toy!

Planning on using it to refine the decor in my home I started to make rope gadgets and hang them as artworks. For this purpose I don't know the true strength of the rope, however the natural rope adds a flair to my home

Giving two stars is being generous
The only reason I'm giving it two stars and not one is because it arrived fast and the packaging was decent. The things I don't like are how badly it's already separating and shedding. I understand with natural fiber rope it may do that a bit, but it literally looks as bad as the rope I'm trying to replace. And it seems a bit expensive for such a small amount of rope. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Disappointed
The size I ordered ended up being much bigger than I thought it would be. It was shorter than I thought, too. I'm using it to repair a cat tree, and won't use Wal-Mart to buy more. The 100' is not in stock!
