My left hand/fingers had been sore and stiff( have no idea why) So I thought using these balls for excersie might help.. With continued use for a week my hand feels great.. I still use daily for the excersie....
Great hand therapy
I use for both grip strengthening and stress reduction. I like the various subtle but distinct differences. Great price so I purchased another set so I can use matching resistances same time each hand.
This little item does the work! I bought these to help my hands because in the mornings they are stiff and now using theses balls to excercise my hands they are no longer stiff.
I am very pleased with the therapy squeeze balls. It is nice that they are of different strengths, as I did not expect that. They are helping me regain the use of my fingers and thumb on my left hand after I suffered a traumatic accident.
Husband just had Sholder surgery and needed these for Re/strengthening . He likes the fact that there is three different firmness.
When I use them regularly, my hands feel so much better. Easy to use and clear instructional paper included. Entire routine takes 5 min
I broke my arm/wrist in two places - PT recommended I continue to strengthen my left side - these really helped
A good tool to recover hand strength after injury or surgery. Good value, price and quality. Three equal palm size rubbery balls of different color and density to vary the amount of strength needed to compress each one.
The balls are OK however the delivery was quite a surprise. I am away from home and receive a notification that they had been delivered and that I should hurry and get them inside. This was different...and driving to my door the box was laid by the door, not at all enclosed in a bubble bag. I was totally taken by surprise. And to make matters worse the label on the box had all my info including my phone number and it covered the back and both sides of the box restricting to view to that information. I certainly got what I paid for this time.
