I like that's it's adjustment in resistance and grip make the ease of use immaculate, so virtually anyone can use it. It's one of the better forearm workout devices out there. It's design and construction is comfortable and with a braided steel wire pulling it's durable too.

Easy to use and great forearm and wrist workout

This is the third one I have purchased. I have give the others away to friends with wrist issues. I have used it for a long time and believe that it is the main reason I never had wrist issues and perform well at sports, especially sports that require strong wrists like golf.

Very easy to understand design even a novice could could use it without trouble, the adjustment nob is placed well and easily read the various resistance levels offer great muscle pump and I could really feel it in the core of my forearm.

It has pretty good resistance, and the movable parts feel really durable.

This product is good for beginners. The resistance is low for me. I do 3 sets of 125 with ease set at the highest level. I am much stronger than most people,it should be a challenge for many people. Marcy is a good company,I own many of their products. They make great products,that are affordable for all.

Well-made. Smooth. Even though you can adjust the tension, it's still not that hard to do on the hardest setting. You'll have to do about 50 on each arm to start feeling the burn. Still it's decent.

Not a lot of resistance. Even fully turned up. Also no padding so it digs into your arm. It does work though. Took almost a month for shipping also!!

I've bought this forearm developer a few times in the past and had great work -outs. all of the sudden I buy this one and the build quality is BAD! The tensioner is very weak even at the tightest setting. I can't even get a good burn in my forearms. Marcy needs to go back and remake the ones I purchased years ago.
