Simple gadget that can help in healthful life
Very good pushup trainer - just started using. Note, this means its business - what they say as basic looks advanced to me. But I hope to get full benefits. Prior to this if yo dont have any pushup experience, pl do it for a few weeks before using this as it sometimes turns quite fast. Easy assembly. Look forward to good results and health

Very good
I used to do regular pushups but now when i use these I can really feel the chest and triceps being worked out there perfect if you love to do pushups at home without any weights I would definitely recommend

Do your pushups daily.
These are not as good as the originals but the still do the “plastic” job. Every one should be doing daily pushups so everyone needs these.

Plastic but works fine.
I bought the basic model which is OKAY but not as sturdy as the more expensive ones. BUT, it does work just fine for now. I have had it for a whole 2 weeks without breaking it. Maybe you should ask me in a year.
