Provides expert results on rough surfaces
I used this extra nap roller to paint the patterned metal siding. The extra nap sunk the paint into the crevasses like an expert and with one coat.

not a good purchase
I do not recommend buying these. They shredded into my paint. It put like fuzzy balls all over on my wall. I could not get it to stop. I had to actually throw these away and go purchase new rollers.

A squirrel's tail would leave less hair
I never write reviews, but I want to warn you because I trusted the 5 star reviews. I thought the 1 star reviews must just be picky. I was wrong! These are the WORST I've ever used. They left fuzz all in the paint, even after I defuzzed them prior to painting. Now I have to sand out the hair, buy new rollers and possibly more paint. These cheap roller covers ended up costing me more money, not to mention my time.
