No Regrets
Great knife for the price. I used it to cut a portabella mushroom and tomato into thin slices. I was pleased with ease of use and the results. My only other cutting knife is a blue diamond and this GoodCook is super sharp in comparison.

Perfect Paring Knife!
Love this paring knife! Sharp enough to cut through veggies but doesn't cut my fingers! It is the perfect size and weight and a reasonable price! Free shipping too!

Only had it a few weeks. Has developed rust spots on the blade. We have an older one that never got rust spots on it.
