Wow! I was shocked by how good it was. So 1 box is 2 servings. 1 serving has 16 g of protein, 6 g of fiber. Honestly... a box looks like 1 serving. I eat the box, so both servings. That's 32 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber. 640 cals (2 servings) is worth it, at least for me. Those 640 calories of Goodles give you OVER HALF of what your daily protein/fiber intake should be! That much protein and fiber for 640 cals is AWESOME. I have a seriously low appetite and try to nearly exclusively keep in the house foods and drinks with high protein/electrolyte/fiber/etc due to the fact that I'm awful at keeping up with eating like a normal human lol ... So this is a game-changer! Tasty mac and cheese with a wild amount of nutritional value.

Holy moly this stuff is RICH. My kids love their Mac and cheese, but they couldn't eat a lot of this because “it's so cheesy” As far as boxed Mac and cheese goes this is definitely the best option for taste while not being so horribly terrible for you.

This Goodles brand Mild Cheddar Mac %26 Cheese tastes better than Kraft Deluxe Original flavor, but not quite as good as Kraft Deluxe Sharp Cheddar Flavor. I want to try the other flavors and I will definitely buy this one again!

The taste and ease of preparation is awesome. That said the macros are only slightly better than normal boxed Mac as the main thing being replaced here is the pasta. The cheese sauce is still very high fat and boxed Mac is not the thing to eat if you have high cholesterol.

It's NOT horrible. In fact, many might love it. But to me, it tastes just like nacho cheese flavored Doritos. I do like Doritos, but not when I'm expecting macaroni and cheese. The texture of the cheese was way too thick to get creamy. I ended up adding a half cup of milk to it so that it would spread to cover all the macaroni, and then I heated it up for another minute. If you like Doritos and don't mind your macaroni and cheese tasting like them, then you will love this! It's really not a bad flavor, just not what I want when I want macaroni and cheese. Oh, and when you cook it, make sure you have a little milk or cream on hand.

The cheese is not creamy at all, it came out in an almost solid chunk and I struggled to stir it into the noodles. It also had a slightly pinkish tint which was off-putting. Didn't taste great either but it wasn't terrible. I appreciate the high protein content.

The picture is so deceiving. I followed the directions to a T and I could not get the cheese to look as delicious as it looks on the box. It was really clumpy and the powder just stuck to the noodles. I wish I took a picture! Not sure if I had a bad batch or the product just sucks. The flavor was mid. I wanted to see what the hype was about and was really disappointed. Won't be purchasing again.

this macaroni is absolutely horrible! the sauce is not creamy. even after adding milk, it did not get creamy. it has a very intense flavor. it tastes like generic cheese.

On the package directions it read, just cook the pasta, don't rinse it and squeeze the cheese into the pasta and mix it until it's all creamy and incorporated, well, I had to cut the cheese pouch to get the cheese out because it wasn't squeezing out and it did not at all melt into the hot Pasta and looked nothing like the pasta pictured on the box and added a little milk and butter to help along and still disappointed, so I will not buy this product again
