Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Black Tape 4 inch x 10 Foot Roll

I have a treadmill that's about 25 or 30 years old and well used. A hole popped up in the tread belt joint. I'm not ready to give up on it. I ordered this tape and so far it's working great. It's VERY sticky which is good, but once it's down it's not coming up easily which is why I gave 4 stars on ease of use. Try to put it where you want it the first time. I've lots left over as I only had to use about a foot or so. I would definitely buy this again.

Previously bought this for a leak in my sunroof. Sealed it with this tape and it's been holding for 3 years. Through torrential downpours and the car wash it's held up great! I have also used this for a small crack in the bottom of my vinal shower and has been holding for 2 years. So when I had a hole in the bottom of my pool this is the product I came back to! I wasn't sure it was going to work under water since it doesn't really feel sticky when wet. But it sure did! I smoothed it out with a rock to ensure a good seal and then stood on it for a min to make sure the bond would be strong. Been holding up for 3 days now! For anyone saying it doesn't work under water probably wasn't using it correctly. After you cut your piece make sure to peel off the clear backing. After you put it in place, smooth it out on all sides, starting in th middle, and then hold it in place for a min to ensure a good bond to the object. Is it a little pricey for only 8ft of tape? Yes. But for years of holding it's definitely worth it!

I needed a waterproof tape that could be used outside. I have applied the tape and it is holding well and does repel rain. I knew since haveing used this tape in the past that it can be hard to place exactly in the position that you want, due to the fact that it immediately grips to the surface making it very difficult to reposition. Despite this issue, I am very satisfied with the product.

So far so good! Fixed a cut in our pool ring causing air to leak out and then the pool to empty out. It's been 3 years and I just now applied this stuff. NOTE* you have to press firmly all around chosen area. So far it's held strong and is doing its thing.

Had a crack plastic shower floor used waterproof tape until I could replace tube. Great product!!! Would use again if I need to waterproof any surface.

So far, it is holding up very well. I used it on a small portion of the skirting on my mobile home. It has rained since I used it, and so far it is still holding things together.

A little costly cobsidering you dont get much on the roll but it works good I did tempoary patches on my roof with this when i've been in a pinch it worked good but perfer there putty better for patches on the roof

Holds up well over time. The tape I applied 3 years ago is still doing the job. It is so sticky it is a little cantankerous to use but that is the cost of good adhesion! Don't peal off 3 foot pieces and expect not to get all twisted. Work with as small a piece as possible!

the only problem with this that I encountered was the ends curling up so I used the rubberized product that is more of a liquid and sealed the ends that way.

This was terrible I ended up buying a blow up pool patch for my big pool %26 that worked wayy better then this , this tape literally peeled right off of my pool
