I was looking forward to receiving my cook set. I had used a Gotham Steel pan until it was worn out and liked it a lot. Upon receiving the box, I found the smallest pan (1 quart) had a broken handle. Not too disappointing, a replacement handle should be easy to obtain.
The only opportunity for support I could find on the Walmart website was to get a refund. I did not want a refund, just a new handle. After more searching, I was able to find a customer support phone number for Gotham Steel. I called and after wading through the automated system was able to reach a person. They gave me a website to which I could send my information to get a replacement.
I sent the information and a day later received an email stating they would look into it. It has now been 5 more days and no reply. It's a handle! How expensive could it be? Just send one and be done. Instead, I'm disappointed with my purchase and will be more and more as I wait for a couple dollar replacement item.
