Truly nonstick if you follow the instructions on seasoning the pans prior to use. Love the oven safe feature!
how quickly it was delivered
I love the cookware set itself but I find the handles to be uncomfortable or painful to hold (hence the 3 stars); and I find myself not wanting to use them. The handles are more "flat or squared" vs "round" as other cookware. It you have arthritis, carpel tunnel or anything that does not allow you to easily grip the handle or causes pain when holding anything heavy (ex. pot full of water), then this is not the set for you. I would definitely recommend to a friend who does not have any issues with hands and/or wrists. the non stick pans are great!
I brought my stackable pots and pans a month ago. My compliant is the tops sweat and the get very hot. The pots and pans cooks good.
quality is not very good for the money.
I bought this set with high hopes. I was sadly disappointed. They were not suppose to stick ., (Wrong). The large frying pan and the sSo you can see I am not satisfied mall frying pan food stuck to the bottom. The sauce pan is scratcher up. So you can see I am not satisfied at all .
Some of the lips were warped so the lids did not fit properly. I ignored this and made due as best as possible (it was near holiday cooking and I did not have time to wait for replacement). After about 2 months of use, there started to be a very cheap metal smell that would come off the outside of the pans and pots when cooking, especially when just boiling water. The inside scraped easily and chipped. I had to throw out several pieces all together. I was trying to save money and have ended up spending more in the long run. .
They cook very well but they definitely do not have a non stick surface. Every meal that I have prepared ended up sticking to the bottom of the cook ware.
