I just got a new stove with the airfryer feature and this pan is fantastic. The basket itself is decently sized and the flat pan underneath keeps any oil or crumbs from getting the bottom of the oven dirty. The quality is very good and easy to clean. Highly recommend.

I had had great experience with a Gotham Steel Copper frying pan, so, when choosing a baking sheet, I decided to buy this basket / tray combo instead thinking I'd use the tray as a baking sheet. Well, I am thrilled with this choice. I smile at all those recipes that say one has to turn the food half-way through. No need with this basket. Everything cooks evenly on all sides and ends up crispy on the outside without drying the inside. Awesome It works great with frozen fish bites, fish sticks, or potato smiles. I will enjoy trying it with more and more foods. And it cleans quite easily: so far, only sponging and rinsing, no scrubbing, at all. Good purchase.I'm thinking of buying another set since they would fit lengthwise, side-by-side, in my oven.

Only just got it , but it looks perfect for the intended use of cooking frozen battered fish filets etc previously used a baking grid over a baking tray, which worked but was not perfect as they fillet occasionally stuck, even to a grid sprayed with oil first. It took seemingly ages to process to shipping but arrived on time eventually via fedex smartpost or similar.

Tray and basket works great in my Ninja air fryer its strong and sturdy holds the food same as the original tray the basket is strong and holds large amounts would buy again .

I tried cooking french fries in the oven, hoping they would turn out as shown in the picture on the box. I was so disappointed because they were burnt on the ends and not cooked in the middle. I also heard this same problem from another person who bought the Gotham Steel Crisper. My good news is, I've cooked Salmon and Sausages in the Gotham Steel Crisper twice, and they turned out great.

The first thing I thought when I pulled it out of the box was OMG it's so tiny. It's like play cookware. It's smaller than a half sized jelly roll pan. It seems like it's well constructed, it has some weight to it so it's not flimsy it's just really small. If you wanted to use this for a family meal you'd need 2 of them for sure. This is a 2 handed tray. It's not stable enough to pull out of the oven with 1 hand. I have a nice new burn to prove that. The basket doesn't sit well enough on the tray to use 1 hand. You have to use 2 hands to pull it out of the oven. I don't know why it has those stupid handles on the basket, they just get in the way. It's difficult to pour things out of the basket, the handles prevent food from falling out. I had to adjust my oven shelves to make room for the handles because they stick up so high. I had the idea that food would cook faster, I was wrong. It takes twice as long or longer to bake food in this basket. The food comes out nice when it's finally done baking but dang I don't want to wait around for 45 minutes or an hour when it normally only takes 10 to 15 minutes.

Ive used it for almost a month and the coating is already peeled off. I expected it to be bigger. This item is best sized for large toaster oven. However, shoddy workmanship...Im returning it as soon as possible.
