I got the black Gotrax Edge hoverboard for my son, and it works great! It's easy to balance,smooth to ride, and the lights look super cool at night. Battery life is decent for short rides. Great value for the price and highly recommend for beginners.

My daughter rides this just about every day. It is a great purchase for a reasonable price for sure. My only con is that it takes five hours to charge and the battery life lasts for about an hour.

We have had this hoverboard since Christmas. It was a gift to a 12 year old girl. She loved it . The look is really cool and eye catching. The battery life is amazing she has rode this thing for miles and the battery didn’t die. It has held up really well and the batteries are still like new . Highly recommend.

This is the best birthday gift for my 7 years old son. He loves it and even his friends envy him now. It’s sooooo cool in the park when he is play. We usually will charge it before using. Kids are easy to learn new things. It only took him around 10 mins to get how to forward ,backward and spin.

Not the best quality as the battery doesn't last very long and over time it holds less and less charge. It does work well at first but after consistent use it fades quickly. Out of the box it was easy to charge and use and it's a good size for beginners.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. It worked real well in the beginning. Beginning of February the battery life on it started to go out fast. He would ride it for 10-15 minutes and it would need to be charged again. Very disappointing for him, he doesn’t ride it anymore and can’t afford a new one now for him :(

Absolute garbage. This broke within 1 day of using. This was a Christmas present for my son. I initially followed instructions the came in the box to contact GoTrax customer support first. They have been slow to respond and indicated I am responsible for shipping costs back to them. Absolutely not, I will be returning to Walmart and caution anyone from buying this.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It was used in the house for not even a month and one side stopped charging. Contacted the company and sent required video and was approved for return under warranty, but it is your responsibility to pay for shipping to send back. They said it is noted in their warranty but who reads the warranty before you buy it. They did offer a discounted shipping label of $40. If I would have known their customer service was so bad I would have never bought from them! Such a scam!! Do not buy from this company! Scam Scam Scam!!!

I purchased 4 of these. All 4 worked for about a month and then quit charging. The company was hard to work with getting a refund. I had to send multiple videos and images before they finally considered helping me. They wouldn’t issue a refund. They sent 4 replacements and the same problem happened. They worked for a few weeks and quite charging again.

The GoTrax Edge Hoverboard lasted less time than a carton of milk in my fridge. Two months. That's all it took before this overpriced plastic disaster completely gave up. At first, it seemed decent enough — smooth ride, decent battery life, flashy lights to distract you from the fact that it's built like a dollar-store toy. But the honeymoon ended fast. By the second month, it simply stopped working altogether. No warning. No accident. Just dead. Won't charge properly, won't power on, and customer support was about as useful as talking to a brick wall. Endless scripted responses, delayed emails, and suggestions to “reset” a clearly defective product. For something marketed as durable and reliable, this thing folded under normal use embarrassingly fast. The build quality is laughable. Cheap plastic casing, weak internal components, and tires that already looked worn after light riding. It feels engineered to survive just long enough to escape the return window. In this case, they wouldn't honor the 3 month window! For the price, you'd expect something remotely dependable — instead, you get a flashy paperweight with LEDs. If you enjoy wasting money, dealing with terrible support, and wondering when your hoverboard will randomly die beneath you, the GoTrax Edge is perfect. Otherwise, stay far away from this cheaply made disappointment.
