It was great while it lasted but my son is 13 and bought it with his own money and he liked it….he is just rough lol and 5'7 - 100 lbs and he road it around on gravel roads in the country…. It worked just as well as the first one he had and the music is Bluetooth an pretty loud while he's on it

This is a great starter hover board! My 9 year old mastered it in a few hours. Battery life is good and seems to charge quickly. The self adjusting seems to work good. Only complaint would be if an adult wants to try it, the weight limit is capped at 176

I like this hoverboard, it surprises me a lot. I just learned how do use it not too long, and it's a lot fun. I used to use my friend's board, I would say this one is better. The battle is powerful enough for a week, I just charged once, and I use for the whole week. I would say it's hard to learn though, it takes long time to find the balance. I think it's worth the price, and fit for beginners

The hoverboard is awesome. It Was a gift for my 10 year old nephew. He was able to learn how to use easily. Self balancing works.Initially we had one that was a dud and had to be returned and rebought online. Charging indicator issues. Which we had shipping delays due to reordering but it arrived. The value is nice for money spent . Features like Bluetooth works and sounds nice. I'm hoping this one will continue to work properly. I'm Always happy to see the kiddo smile and have fun.

Bought this a birthday gift my 8 year old, it didn't even last a year. It wont hold a charge. it will only power on when it is plugged in and even then all it does is beep and flash a red battery. I have done everything I know to do to troubleshoot and nothing has worked.

I purchased a GoTrax hoverboard on August 28, 2025 and it was delivered on September 6. It was bought early as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She finally opened it on December 25 and we immediately discovered the following: • No charger included • No manual included • The hoverboard does not turn on or function at all So basically, we received a product that was dead on arrival and incomplete right out of the box. When I contacted GoTrax, they refused to help because I was 19 days past their 90-day warranty, even though the product was never usable for a single second and was only opened for the first time on Christmas morning. Their exact response was essentially: too bad, you should have checked it sooner. They offered no replacement, no repair, no charger, no refund — just a link to a manual for a product that doesn't even turn on. I completely understand having policies, but refusing to stand behind a product that arrived defective and missing essential components is extremely disappointing. I was not asking for special treatment — just for a company to take responsibility for something that should have worked out of the box. I want other customers to be aware that: • If you buy early for a gift, you may end up stuck with a product that doesn't work. • Their warranty does not protect you if the item arrives defective but isn't opened immediately. • In my experience, GoTrax did not stand behind their product. I am now pursuing other avenues (payment dispute, reviews, BBB complaint) because I don't believe customers should be left with a useless product and zero support. I would not buy from this company again.

My granddaughter was very disappointed when she unwrapped her birthday gift, and we realize there was no charging cord in the box. I noticed when I received the box. It looked like it had been opened and returned. After realizing there was no charger I'm certain that is the case very disappointing for my 11-year-old granddaughter.

I ordered this board so if there was a problem I could return it to Walmart. My granddaughter was so excited about her Hoover board. It doesn't work and as I read the side of the box it says not to return it to Walmart, so therefore I have to send it back.

I've been sold someone else's returned trash. It's clearly been used, the charger cord was thrown at the bottom of the box. The box itself was in terrible shape. They taped the box which clearly shows it had to be a return.The wheels have hair, food, dirt, and who knows what else in them. It didn't come with any instructions and it barely moves. Totally unacceptable! And this was a birthday gift that I made clear of on my order when I purchased this.

Ordered black arrived in hot pink. Wouldn't start up straight out the box. Charger that came with it was not charging the board. Overall the item did not meet my expectations and fell below expectations. Would not recommend
