Delicious snacks
This is my favorite trail mix it has the only dried fruit I can eat … Mangos! I'm not a fan of dried fruits and I prefer craisins over raisins. Every bite has I little bit of everything so it perfectly balanced it's sweet and fresh it really makes me feel like I'm snacking healthy and my kids enjoy it they even crush it up and put it in their oatmeal

A Perfect Food
A great high-protein mix. All ingredients are fresh. I appreciate that no sugar is added, and the dried fruit is in small pieces, so they add the right amount of sweetness. The package contains a generous amount of nuts. Pumpkin seeds are a great addition. I put the mix on cereal, in oatmeal, with fruit and yogurt, or alone as a snack.

Power Up is My Go-To Snack, at home %26 on the go.
Power Up is my go-to trail mix. It's mix is fresh and flavorful. When I look to snack, and want a healthy choice instead of junk food, I'm always glad I have Power Up in my kitchen or with me in a snack bag. The balance of nuts/seeds to dried fruit is really good.

Heart Healthy
My husband had heart surgery and has had to make major changes to his diet. This snack has been a great alternative to the sweets that used to be a favorite in our home. He loves all the different tastes and it satisfies his snacking in a healthy way.

Great for my health and weight loss program
I love the cranberries mixed with the nuts. Really great alternative to chips and other garbage I was snacking on. For my weight loss program, this has actually been very beneficial to that and my health.

I order this pretty regularly. It has a good balance of dried fruit and nuts though I'd prefer more walnuts and pumpkin seeds. It's not salted or oily, which is great.
