GV 8/20oz Berries & G.Raisins, Prop 65

As much as I would love to give this a poor review so people would stop buying these up and making it difficult to find sometimes I can't. I have always loved raisins in general but these different types mixed together are my favorite. Straight out of the bag or mixed with some almonds for a work snack I love them. I am sad when they are not on the store shelf so I have to order them and wait a day or 2

This is a great mix of raisins, cherries, and cranberries. I do like it as a snack sometimes, but mostly I use it to put on salads every day. It adds nice texture and flavor. Because it's dried fruit, it keeps very well so I can make sure I always have some around. Nothing is cheap enough for me, but I think the price on this is fair.

For snacking or in recipes the Velcro type ziplock bags of GV berries %26 raisins are a quality economical buy, like all raisins, an occasional grapevine twig will show up in the mix though overall it's perfectly dried fruit, the cranberries raisins and cherries freshness are kept soft with sunflower oil (you wouldn't know about unless you read the ingredient list), I used them in a cornbread loaf yesterday %26 they are delicious, especially when baked into your recipes..

Well, the first time I bought this, it had an overpowering chemical?gas? smell and taste. I reviewed it with one star and spread it on a plate to take out to the birds. My husband tasted some after a while and said it tasted good, maybe it just needed airing out. I begrudgingly bought another bag later, and yes, it was much better. Now I'm a repeat buyer...

Tasty, chewy but not too chewy, sticky but not too sticky. One wet wipe gets the stickiness off my hands. Will purchase again soon.

I buy these repeatedly. They are at home and in the office drawer, the perfect snack that won't go bad.

I use great value dried berries in all my recipes. great in salads . I mix them in nuts for a delicious healthy snack. they work very well in muffins.

Good size bag. Interest mix of sweet and sour flavors . I purchased them to add to my outmeal. i find that if you addmore than a few they detract from the oatmeal.

This Great Value Dried Berries %26 Golden Raisins mix tastes great—the cranberries, cherries, and golden raisins are sweet, chewy, and make for a perfect snack straight out of the bag or tossed into yogurt or trail mix. The flavor combo is really enjoyable and satisfying. That said, I'm not crazy about the amount of additives in the fruit mix (like added sugar and preservatives in the dried cranberries and cherries). I prefer more natural options without all the extras. Still, for the price and convenience, it's a solid buy if you're okay with that.

The raisins are scarce, the cranberries are overwhelming in the package %26 if there are any cherries in this package, I have yet to see any %26 I've shaken the bag %26 am 3/4 done with it. Next time I'll buy my golden raisins %26 cherries separately so I know I'll get more of what I like.
