OK, I am a bean eater. I eat beans daily. I have been cooking and eating beans for 65 years. There is something wrong with a bag of beans if you cook them for an hour and they are still tough. Ok you cook it for another hour and they are still tough. So you cook it for yet another hour and they are still tough. There are better choices for brands of dry goods that give you much better results for your family's meals. good luck.

Good product and great price

We like just boiled black beans. We change up the composition as the day(s) goes by. This were great - they cooked up tender and creamy. Sometimes black beans cook up hard like little bee-bees - no matter how long they are cooked. No mush either. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Service is slow and inadequate

i eat a lot of dried beans.cheap,nutritious and easy to cook.

Be mindful when you buy products give it a whiff because the Goya black beans I bought smell funky like a mf prolly all that weed killer spray they putting on all our foods
