I was surprised that the item was going to be shipped the same day l ordered it. The stores in the area had the item as well nut did not indicate it. That was a bit discouraging but l had it delivered and it saved me a trip to the store. Good stuff.

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical when I received the item, I didn't think a foam mattress would work for an infant. I could not have been more wrong! The mattress comes super compressed in a box. This makes it easy to transport in a small car if you do not choose home delivery. It is also lightweight, which made getting it upstairs a breeze. Set up was also easy. I comes in the outer cover, which you have to take off. Then you put on the flame resistant cover, then put the main cover back on. The outside cover is sooo soft to the touch. The very inner layer seems to be waterproof, but there have been no major spills to test that theory just yet. The mattress itself is very firm for an infant, and my 7 year old laid on it too to test it and he agreed it was very comfy. Also, I laid on it for a bit too, just to make sure it would keep it's shape, and it did. With just the baby, it doesn't indent at all, so I don't have to worry about a suffocation concern. This is a very nice mattress and I highly recommend!

Simple, safe, easy to clean, and gets the job done really well. I would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a reliable crib mattress without spending a fortune.

Do not purchase. This mattress failed to expand when removed from packaging. The manufacturer required too much information in an attempt to avoid replacement. Still waiting 😢
