tests show these as good as the name brands
I bought these to see if they were as good as the name brands or not. The test results are in - they are every bit as good as the name brands. I have measured the capacity of a number of different brands on a commercial battery analyzer, and these are as good as any alkaline batteries I have tested so far. The fact that they are made in USA and test very close to another brand that advertises made in USA is a good hint as to who makes these for Wal Mart. Unless you have some specific use case for needing a better battery (and in that case, you should be buying lithium) I can't find any reason to pay more for the name brand batteries that perform exactly the same as these. I will be buying more.

Good price and says made in the USA
These batteries are cost effective and it's nice to see a Walmart product that doesn't say Made in China like most of their stuff is. These cost a fraction of what name brand alkaline batteries cost. Will see how long they last and update review later.

Good quality batteries
I buy all Great Value alkaline batteries. They seem to be comparable to name brand. Much better than Dollar store Alkaline batteries. And, free delivery via walmart membership only adds to the sweet savings. Highly Recommended

I have a 7 yr old so I go through AA batteries (and some AAA) like crazy ("batteries not included" lol). Great Value does the job like the other brands for a much lower price.

Better Than the Major Brands
They work better and longer than the brand where the critter is beating the drum. The prices are low, low. Great Value batteries is the only ones I will buy.

These batteries are super cheap and last a very long time. They are just as good as energizer. [ They survive a 5 yr old who leaves them on his xbox controller for multiple days in a row ]

Delivered to the wrong delivery address
Ordered these batteries and never received them.These batteries were delivered to a wrong delivery address.The delivery photo was NOT my delivery address.A total mistake by Walmarts delivery people and i a thinking about not buying anymore online from Walmart to mistakes like this.
