Great Value Bottom Loading Hot/Cold/Room Temp. Water Dispenser, Black Water Cooler

pretty simple set up i had to lay it down to get out of the box by myself so I had to wait until the next day to go through the steps. I think you should include in the instructions to keep running hot water through until it no longer has the taste or smell of vinegar in the water. it only said one time so that is what I did and omg that first drink was vinegar. other than that I have been loving it. my tap water is not drinkable. thanks 😊

When searching online for a water dispenser, I came across this one, it was on sale. At first I thought it wasn't going to be tall enough. But when it was delivered and I unboxed it, it actually is a perfect size. Pros: Light indicator are bright but not blinding. There is a night light that illuminates constantly so that you can see. The cold water is crisp and there's a setting to adjust how cold you want the water to be. There's also enough space to place a big jugs. Cons: installation is a long process. You have to leave it upright for at least 12 hours. Cleaning the dispenser takes a long time and you have to run it twice. Also it's not smudge free. But despite that, it's a great product, it does what it needs to do. So far I'm very happy.

This is a great unit! We had a primo bottom loader prior to this one, which was fine, but this one is so much MUCH nicer. Favorite feature is the distance from the base to the dispenser, it accommodate taller bottles, single spout for hot warm cold, stainless steel tube (water feeder) that reaches all the the bottom of the jug so there's only a few drops leftover, and the water temp control.

Has been a great water dispenser. I'm glad I bought it. I would've paid 13mos of rental for what I paid for this outright.

Do far I haven't found anything to dislike. It is refreshing to jave a choice between room temperature and cold. The machine works perfectly.

because with it being bottom load it is easy for my wife to load and just looks beter than the top load dispensers. It price was great and the fast delivery time all contributed to me purchasing.

we love this! works great. the price was great. we dont have to buy or fill gallon jugs, costs maybe $10 a week i figure. our water has so much chlorine i use it to water my plants, cooking, coffee brewer, everything. so it is very affordable. highly recomend

this water dispenser never worked. it constantly beeps. when i called the company and asked for a refund or a replacement they asked for a video of it acting up. i sent it and never heard from them Again. so dusapointed. now I'm out of that cash and no functioning water dispenser.

I am usually a person that does not have the bad outcomes most have when purchasing so even if I seem them I just keep note that those things may happen and try to follow instructions to avoid those things or know they may eventually happen. But as soon as the machine started sucking in water, water started coming out the back and I have no clue from where. Then we tried to set it up again and it started beeping. There was nothing in the instructions/troubleshooting about it. Taking it back to the store now.

Very disappointed in this. I should've known by the price that it wouldn't be good, but I was hoping the positive reviews were accurate. I followed ALL of the directions, including the cleaning instructions. I used the exact water to vinegar ratio that was told. I waited the 20 minutes (even set an alarm) and then I followed the instructions. Barely any water came out, I opened the overflow in the back as stated, tipped the machine and nothing came out. I thought that was weird, but continued on to the next steps with the fresh hot water. This triggered all of the vinegar to come out (or so I thought). For good measure, I repeated it again with just the hot water step because there was still no draining from the back. Once that was done, I had assumed I would be good to go. There was no water left in the bottom bucket and I had “drained” all the other water until the button didn't trigger water anymore. This morning I installed my 5 gallon water bottle (which isn't cheap nowadays) and went to fill my cup with hot water to make tea. Filled it up all the way only to find out it was filled with vinegar. I thought ok, maybe there's so residual left and it'll empty out. But it was taking the water from my 5 gallon water and spewing out vinegar. I drained a whole entire 5 gallon water bottle, installed a new one and was hoping I would be vinegar free. I made my tea, didn't smell vinegar, had a bit of a mild vinegar taste but thought maybe I was imagining it. However, 30 minutes after drinking my tea I have been vomiting ever since. Something is VERY wrong with this product/the cleaning instructions and it will make you sick!!!!
