Great Value Everyday Soft Facial Tissues, 1 Flat Carton, 160 Tissues per Flat, 2-Ply, Compare to Kleenex®

Walmart has changed these tissues and boxes. the tissues used to be soft and now they are harder and feel cheap. They increased the size of the box opening with more plastic instead of cardboard. When the box is about 2/3 full, the tissues keep falling into the box and you have to dig for them. My pictures are the comparison between the old and new constructed boxes. I used to buy these all the time in bulk. I'm switching brands now.

Changes have been made to the product that make this product very frustrating to use. The cellophane at the dispense opening of the box has 4 additional cuts in it that makes it so it will not retail the next tissue. It have come to the point where I must tape over those extra cuts before opening the perforated slit down the center, for proper dispensing of the tissues. Every second or third tissue is rolled up on one side and does not dispense properly, which make me have to dig down in the box to get the next tissue to come out. Very, very irritating.

Walmart Great Value facial tissues USED TO BE a good deal until you started making them out of old newspaper materials. I purchased this brand several times with satisfaction, but recently, the product has become a HORRIBLE cost saving alternative. Thank God for Kleenex products that don't rip the skin off your face as you use them!!!

I have bought these for years and have been very happy with them but they have changed and are NOTHING like they used to be. They are rough on tbe nose, thin and even the new box doesn't perform as needed. I have year round allergies and can only hope they will change back to the previous product. They can no longer be compared to Kleenex and should remove that statement from their ads. They changed and ruined their BBQ chips so maybe this is what we should expect from Walmart in the future.

Tell your buyer to change back to your previous manufacturer. These are like wiping your nose with newspaper or wrapping paper. They compare nothing like Kleenex brand which are consistently softer and easier on your customers noses. Been buying these regularly for years (check my orders), but wont be buying again till you fix the problem.

I have always purchased Great Value Everyday Soft Facial Tissues. The box I just opened today is not the same quality as previous ones I have purchased. The tissues seem thinner and rougher than usual. When you crumple one up in your hand it sounds like plastic. It is very disappointing that the quality has changed. I am going to be switching to Kleenex or Puffs facial tissues.

I used to love this product. Now, you've changed the manufacturer or manufacturing process and your tissue is less absorbent, coarse, and the two sheets composing a tissue slip apart from each other. In addition, the box perforation at the opening no longer cleanly tears, so either the box gets torn or you really have to work at it to cleanly open it. In a word, you've cheapened your product for profit and made it suck for the rest of us. Please go back to the old manufacturer or manufacturing process. You've made a mistake...can you undo it?

It takes a lot of gall to use the word "soft" in the description of this product. But that's not what bothers me the most. The plastic at the top of the box, through which the tissues are dispensed, is of very poor quality. it immediately tears away from the perforation on all sides when the first tissue is removed. This causes the tissues to constantly drop back into the box. Please don't get these tissues for your loved ones who have allergies or a cold. Spring for the Kleenex.

We ordered the 4pk boxes of tissues but got individual ones instead. That’s completely fine! However, when using the box my grandmother noticed that the tissue is HALF pieces. Like the tissue was meant for the smaller boxes and not the regular sized ones. Very disappointing. How many boxes are like this?

I have always bought this brand for years. I’m extremely disappointed that they have changed the quality. They may still be 2ply. But now are thinner so more like 1ply. Extremely disappointed. I’m sure you were hoping no one would notice. But as a person with horrible all year round allergies. I did notice. Hey Walmart ! You’re making Billions. Need you really get so cheap with paper products. Shame on you!
