Great Value Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix, 16 oz Box

I HATE being gluten free! This stuff is the only thing I have found that taste as good, if not better than the regular pancakes. It used to be $2, and now is $3, but hasn't EVERYTHING, everywhere gone up? My favorite thing to do with this is to brown some crumbled up sausage, and add it to the mix. I also add shredded cheddar and a bit of sugar(no need for syrup). Don't cook them too long, you'll heat them again soon. I keep them in the freezer in a zipper sandwich bag. I pop them in the toaster, or toaster oven. A breakfast for a King. Easy to take on the road too.

Love this gluten free pancake mix. The pancakes are delicious and always fluffy. I'm worried Walmart might be discontinuing it though because single packages are no longer available in our store and I need to order the multipack option online. This would be very disappointing for me as this gluten free pancake mix is the only I can find that isn't only safe for those with celiac, but is also good for those with gluten/wheat sensitivity and those with IBS as it doesn't add possibly problematic ingredients for the latter like almond flour or any milk-derived products.

My grandson has severe food allergies and one of them is gluten. I've been buying this product for a few years now. I use to be able to buy at Walmart stores, but for some reason they don't stock them at the stores anymore. I'm glad I am able to purchase through their online service. Other brands are just as good, but especially these days Price matters. The Great Value brand is priced lower than other brands and it's just as good.

This pancake mix is so easy and delicious. We use plant based milk and applesauce to make it so it stays vegan. It's delicious and fast. It makes a good amount of pancakes so when we make the whole bag we have plenty of left overs. They are so fluffy and sweet!

Love the taste %26 texture of this Gluten Free pancake mix. I decrease the powder to 1 cup and add pecan pieces. Dip into hot Mrs Butterworth's syrup so they don't get soggy.

I love this brand of gluten free pancake mix. It's perfect sweet and not too sweet. It mixes easily and is versatile. The price is great for the package size as well!

This is a great product but the mixing instructions make a too thick batter for pancakes. Recommend equal amounts of mix %26 milk to make a more pourable batter.

The dominant rice flour tastes like stale cardboard. This was awful compared to the Bisquick GF mix. This great value one makes a gummy very finicky batter. It only cooks right on a very new nonstick and does not take added flavors like vanilla or butter. The other annoying parts are the recipe on the package actually needs a lot more fat in it, and after making about a dozen finicky pancakes, you're left with 3/4 cup of the mix which is a waste. Save yourself the frustration and stick with Bisquick GF, that one is forgiving, does not stick on stainless steel, can be made as a loose thin batter or a thick n fluffy, and takes to all sorts of add ins like spices, chips, and fruit. Bisquick also gives you exactly the right mix for a couple perfect recipes, none of this wasted awkward amount of mix that's not enough for a second batch.

If you follow the directions you will end up with a goo ball that's hard to mix and horrible pancakes. Seems reading the reviews many people had to thin in out. 1 star for bad directions and grainy taste. Did not taste as good as mix that I've bought in the past that only needed water - and was also gluten free. Directions are important! Get it together Walmart.
