Great Value Microfiber Flip Dust Mop

The Great Value microfiber flip dust mop does a good job gathering dust, and the mop side is easy to use and works well for quick cleanups. It's lightweight and simple to flip between sides, which makes it convenient. For heavier debris or anything beyond dust, a real broom works better, but this mop is great for everyday light cleaning and keeping floors tidy. Overall: A handy dust mop that's easy to use and great for collecting dust, even though a broom is still better for bigger messes.

Everyone needs this dust mop! It makes cleaning the house so much more easier. Use it on floors,walls and mirrors to get that everyday dust off. This is a great price so get one or two !!

I purchased this dustmop for my classroom as we are short on custodians this semester. Makes sweeping my classroom a breeze, so much better than my broom. I do use the broom and dustpan to pick up the gathered mess, but the microfiber mop really picks up the floor. It's nice, too, that I can remove the mop part to take home for laundering/sanitizing. The handle feels very sturdy. I'm happy with this purchase.

This is the second dust mop I have purchased. The first one lasted several years and is still usable but just wanted a new one as a back up due to the amount of times the mop head has been laundered and is getting a bit worn.

I have 4 cats and hardwood floors... I have severe OCD... So I sweep every day and all it does spread the cat hair all over the place so it becomes pointless... Then I discovered this item... let me tell you it picks up every piece of cat hair that's on a hardwood floor without it's spreading all over everything... it's just absolutely amazing I love it... I use it everyday and I also bought an additional mop head... the cat hair clings to it like a magnet... if you were looking for something to pick up animal hair this is what you need!!! I promise you you will not regret it!!!

I received my microfiber flip mop by Great Value and couldn't be more pleased. It is every bit as nice and good as the higher priced brands. This mop is great to use on all hard floor surfaces whether it be wood, tile or linoleum. I'm using it on luxury vinyl plank flooring and it works great! One side is really good for dry dusting to collect dust, dirt, and in my case, dog hair (I've got 3 grown labs in the house). You can flip it over to the other side for wet mopping on those days that you just don't want to get out that mop and bucket. The mop head is microfiber for great obsorbtion and easy cleaning as the head easily comes off for easy cleaning. Throw it right into the washer and dryer! The handle of this mop has a cushion grip which makes it nice for big cleaning jobs. I love this mop and highly recommend it.

GREAT VALUE MICROFIBER DUST MOP has two mop sides, blue chenille side for dry dusting and white short fiber side to pick up small liquid spills or damp mopping. The white side could be used, after dusting to clean floors first, for the spray bottle method. My whole house is either laminate or plank, both require a lightly damp mop or spray bottle method. This house I chose no carpets ... wow, what a difference in cleanliness and using this microfiber dust mop makes cleaning the floors a breeze. The microfiber pad can easily be removed by opening the velcro end, sliding off, and tossing into the washing machine. The recommendations are machine or hand wash in warm water and lay out to dry -- no bleach or fabric softeners. For me, I lay out in the sun for an hour to dry. Other uses besides the floors: the long metal handle made this dust mop perfect to dust all my interior and exterior windows with the long blue chenille microfiber side. No dust was left on the windows with the finger test, leaving me to only spot clean any smudges instead of the entire window. I decided to try it on the hard to reach security cameras and then along the edges, not top, of the ceiling fan blades. It even worked to dust the top face of kitchen cabinets and top of the door frames. If I could think of any other hard place to reach, I gave it a try. My conclusion is this flipable microfiber dust mop performed as advertised. It picked up dust, fine dirt, dust bunnies and kept it on the mop, not floating in the air back onto me.

This microfiber mop has a large surface and it looks like it would be a great mop. It is super easy to put together and you are able to remove the pad to wash it because it has a velcro strip to hold it in place. It also fits all of the way under my couch for total cleaning back to the wall. That is all good but it's called a flip mop for a reason. It feels flimsy in your hand and when you push on it, it can flip easily and turn to the other side which is another surface. One is for wet and one for dry dust mopping. It would flip during dry mopping when I didn't want it to. I believe that this would have been a really great mop if it had been made a bit heavier and was more sturdy so that it would not be able to flip so easily. The idea of the mop I really like, this mop not so much. Hopefully they will correct this issue and make a more sturdy version of the same thing and I would buy it for sure.

I purchased this mop to replace the same model whose handle had broken while cleaning the floor. The new mop unbelievably broke on the first use while using normal pressure! It broke where the threads of the shaft screw into the mop head so I was able to repurpose another broom handle but given how easily it broke I can only assume it was negligent engineering or built in obsolescence. I do not recommend purchasing this product. Despite any extra cost you may incur you will be better served by a more sturdily constructed product.

ripped 1st use. Walmart does not sell replacement covers. I don't believe they're even made. $16.58 for a mop, only for it to rip. bad thing is there is no other options besides the inconvenience of returning the entire mop to the store. if you can't get the replacement cover there's no use in keeping the mop. if they will return it. i do not drive. so this is really bad. i spent 38 min. on the phone with walmart customer service. the issue did not get resolved. it is junk, if something happens, beware, you will have to buy an a whole new mop. consider before you buy, or you'll be just making a donation to Walmart. this is a low quality, overpriced, wrongly advertised mop. no replacement mop covers. makes zero sense! I lost my money!
