Pitted Kalamata Greek Olives make any quick meal more interesting. These taste great and are budget friendly. I can eat them right out of the jar gor a snack or add to salads. Slice them up and add to a sandwich. These are a grocery staple in my home.
couldn't find Greek olives anywhere in the stores where I live even the international stores they had every Olive but these kalamata olives. I love them
To be honest, I've never purchased these . When I first saw them in the jar, I didn't think they looked like they would be good but looks can be deceiving they were very good.
I like the kalamata olives a great deal and the Walmart brand was exceptional I would prefer a version with a little less salt for seasoning but I guess this is the best they can do and it's okay with me
Im first generation Greek and I have to say these olives are pretty good Greek olives...they taste great with some fetta cheese and olive oil mixed in a bowl with some tomato wedges and white pepper
Great Value Pitted Kalamata Greek Olives.ALTHOUGH SOME OF THE OLIVES ARE TOO SOFT AND MUSHY.THESE PRETTY DARN GOOD AND SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE NAME BRANDS' GOOD FOR SNACKING,SALADS AND PAIRING WITH CHEESES,SALAMI AND FRUITS
These olives do not live up to the overall ratings, at least the jar I purchased didn't. They were soft and completely tasteless. I'll spend more for better quality.
I was using these to make Greek meatballs. I used my chopper to process them. I found THREE WHOLE pits in the olives from the jar while chopping them. My son found 3 more smaller pieces of pit when eating his meatballs. I found one more small piece. My husband has not yet eaten his 3 meatballs. He's been warned. You can add the disclaimer "may contain pitts." All pitted olives do. But I have NEVER had this level of negligence. Please DO NOT BUY THESE if you value your teeth and dental work. Horrible quality control.
This is the second time I have bought great value pitted olives and almost broken my teeth on a pit!!! The time before was on a great value garlic stuffed green olive
