Great Value Pumpkin Butter, 10.15 oz

If you like apple butter and you like pumpkin, don't hesitate to try this! Not only is this a great price, it is impressively flavorful. You get a nice blend of pumpkin spice, actual pumpkin, and sweet taste with a smooth and creamy, slightly fibrous (pumpkin) texture. I use this on toast, in my pumpkin cheesecake muffin recipe, in oatmeal with peanut butter, on pancakes. I will be really sad if it is only available seasonally! And as a bonus.. you get a nice little jar that can be upcycled into something awesome. If you're on the fence about trying it, go ahead and hop over to my side. Try it out! No regrets.

One word: YUM!!! We wait all year for this delicious Fall Pumpkin Butter and it never disappoints! I bake with it, use it on toast, as a dip for veggies, use it in hot pumpkin flavored drinks and eat it right from the jar! The uses for culinary delights are unlimited !

So delicious and great consistency. Deep rich color. I haven't read the ingredients because it's a special fall item that I have bought before. I sure don't remember it being this small of a jar. Not in stores yet bought online and didn't notice the size of 10 oz. It will be gone in no time.

I did a taste test of 5 different brands of pumpkin butter. In my opinion, Walmart brand was, by far, the best! Flavor, consistency - 100% on point! Very happy!

Amazing! Put a smear of this on crescent roll dough, roll up, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and you have an amazing seasonal desert! Try it, delicious!

Tried this pumpkin butter on toasted pumpkin English muffin this morning. Add a cup of coffee and breakfast will blossom into full bloom. Tastes wonderful.

It's way too sweet. The texture tells you it has a lot of cooked sugar in it. Cane Sugar is the first ingredient, and it should be pumpkin! Skip this one, and if there is a different brand, try that one. Better yet, pick a jar up from a farm market or an apple orchard.

Pumpkin butter should have the consistency of applesauce. It should not be sickening sweet. You should be able to taste the spices in it. This is not pumpkin butter. It's a syrupy, ridiculously sweet without pumpkin flavor. Sugar should not be the first thing in the list of ingredients. Save your money on this one.
