Great Value Replacement Refrigerator Water Filter, GE RPWF, 1 Pack

I don't like that.I have to replace the filter so often , but at least this one is cheaper than the factory original.

Good quality filter

I was really surprised at how much better my water tasted with this filter. It was very easy to install and made my ice and water taste smooth with no funny aftertaste. It also removed the chlorine taste that I usually taste with other filters. I couldn't find anything that I would change about this quality filter. I recommend it.

Filter fits in our refrigerator under the door, love it, especially love this one because it lasts for a full 6 months long not 3 months like a lot of refrigerator filters. The water tastes delicious coming out of the door of the refrigerator. We really needed this filter, BECAUSE..... Our water line coming into our meter had been burst for a very long time and we did not know it. The water company was responsible and they did not know it was burst. They knew they was losing a lot of water somewhere but did not know where. Because it was out along the highway we did not know it either. Our pressure was way down but we did not notice that because I had been caring for my Mom. Her landlord turned her pressure down so I was used to low pressure water. Now, that it is fixed, is so much pressure, love it, when I washed my hair I could really see a lot of difference today. Thank you for making such a great filter for our water. I highly recommend using this filter in your refrigerator if it is the filter made for your refrigerator.

This water refrigeration filter comes with easy to install directions. Up and running in just minutes. Found the price of this filter is much better than what I was paying at the local hardware stores! States on box that this filter lasts up to 6 months! Won't buy anywhere else from now on…

This is a good replacement for the original manufacturer filter. I just got this one, but I have used these Great Value filters before and they work like originals. Water taste so much better using a filter. Especially if you live in a bad water area. I dont like buying filters every 6 months, but that is a bone to pick with the manufacturer. It is alot cheaper that bottled water.

I have only changed my filer once before and I remember having a heck of a time so I was really nervous. I have realized that not all filers are made the same. I am so happy how easy it went in and what a difference it makes on the water that is dispensed.

This water replacement filter was easier to install than what we had previously anticipated, my husband (Mr Fix it) got it working in a couple of minutes practically. The best thing is that uncomfortable chlorine taste in the ice is finally gone, we are definitely hooked on these filters for good.

Item will not work in a GE appliance. Only authentic GE water filters will

Don't buy if your fridge uses an RFID chip to tell the GE filters from non GE. It won't accept it and while there are tricks on YouTube for how to get it to work, most of these hacks either don't work, are cumbersome or a rough workaround and not worth all of the extra work.
