Great Product

KatRose61 May 6, 2026

I love these chips thin enough to eat but thick enough to put Salsa on them. Also can lay on plate and cover with Cheddar Cheese or cheese of your choice, and put on chopped Jalapenos (if you like) place in Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until cheese melts. This makes you Quick %26 Easy Nachos. yummy

New Look, New taste?

sean June 11, 2026

While I believe this is simply a repackaging of their previous chips, I have to say that they tasted a little bit "cleaner" this time around. Maybe not as oily? Honestly tortilla chips, though they should be the same every time when mass produced, defiantly taste different to me from batch to batch. These were good though! Even being "thin" they are fine for dipping!

Great, Thin Chip.

Jewell May 3, 2026

I much prefer these 'generic' chips to the name brand chips. The 'thin and crispy' are so good. They are very crisp and flavorful. I personally don't like the thick chips and these are perfect for my nachos. Of course, if you are going to use them for dip, they break more easily that the regular, thicker chip. But to eat them on their own, they are great. The only kind I buy any more if you are not worried about them breaking.

Very Good Chips!

anonymous May 6, 2026

Sometimes you just want some chips and salsa. i find these thinner version to be really good. They have a great flavor and hold up well with salsa. You know, sometimes you just get a craving for some chips and salsa. These thinner ones are seriously addictive, they've got such a good crunch. The flavor is right and they hold up to dipping well. Definetly on our regular weekend must have list! are also priced well which is a plus.

These taste as good as restaurant tortilla chips. I make homemade salsa similar to what you would find in El Nopal's restaurant. It's actually a copycat recipe. I purchase these chips because they go very well with the salsa. because these taste so good, I tend to only buy these tortilla chips!

50/50 chips/Air

Sky May 10, 2026

So the flavor is good. The only issue I really have is you buy the bag you open the bag and then when you look in it it's like half full so basically you're buying half air half chips. And another thing is is you can't really see because when you're looking at the package, they have the top part covered by like you know they're labeling and stuff. You just picked the bag up and you're like oh yeah this is a full bag but open it and then they're like psych you're getting half a bag of chips today.

Salt

Patricia June 19, 2026

Great Value is a good product. The only problem with these chips is that some of the chips do not have any salt on them. So, all you taste is the oil. But the chips that do have salt on them are great. And yes, I will continue to purchase Great Value products.

Two by the Sea

Wendy July 20, 2026

I'm not sure why these chips were substituted when the order clearly stated “NO SUBSTITUTIONS.” We clearly enjoyed playing with the clear cellophane wrapping, but we enjoyed the bubbles inpatient the chips along with the slippery oil and salt while sipping margaritas by the ocean.

Goodbye Great Value Chips

David May 31, 2026

This is very simple Two reasons these will no longer be on my shopping list 1 - MOST of the chips inside the bag are broken, more crumbs and small pieces than full chips 2 - They are around the same price of higher quality name brand chips of similar to much higher quality. When they were less expensive than the name brands, I could justify in my mind that the poorer quality control was not as much of an issue, but not any longer

“New” Tortilla chips are HORRIBLE

Shelly June 28, 2026

These used to be our FAVORITE tortilla chips. In addition to the package change and price increase they are NOT THE SAME CHIPS! I used to rave about these. I got a new bag in my order yesterday and I am returning them. They are not fluffy (for lack of better word), lack salt. I'm so sad we used to love these chips. If you loved the previous ones, don't waste your money and buy these.
