I use this tonic water to stop leg muscle cramps pretty fast - about 5 minutes. I have been using it for years and always take it with me when I am going away overnight. It is the quinine that stops the cramps...

I typically use Fever Tree tonic water as it helps with reducing nocturnal cramping. They were out of that brand, so I bought this instead. My only comment is that it has a slightly more bitter taste to it, but it is well within the acceptable range for me. It is a good substitute when the Name brand is not available.

Thus was NOT the tonic i ordered! I ordered Ckear tonic in a liter bottle for .98C. These cans for 7 0z cost over $3. 00 for a full bottle i could see. The didiference is obvious there is a large difference in the cost to me. I will return these tin cans %26 would appreciate the bottled tonic i ordered %26 paid for. Thank you!
