Great Value Vanilla Frosting Tub, White, 16 oz

This frosting is creamy and easy to spread. It also tastes good. We have been using this frosting for our gingerbread houses that we do every year at our church in December. The kids can spread it easy, and it holds candies and everything they choose to put on their houses. It is economical also since we have 25 to 30 kids and adults that come to our event. Thank you, Walmart, for having your frosting available every year for our church event.

I personally love the taste. The price is great even with it being considered offbrand. I still picked this one out out of all the frosting. I definitely recommend the taste is definitely there.

a real good frosting, I put it into a bowl and whip it and add a little butter, it's not so sweet it's awesome, the container sizes are larger than all the other brands, they are 16 oz, which makes it a great deal

Great for the price when you're in a hurry or don't want to take the time to make frosting. Is a little runnier than homemade buttercream but works well. Taste is fine, too sweet for my taste but it's thick enough that you can do a small layer on cakes and it doesn't get overwhelmingly sweet

It was a little sweet for me but most canned frostings are. I got this one because my grandsons wanted a white cake with white frosting. It's as good as any canned white frosting, I guess.

this frosting will do when you have nothing else or you're in a hurry but the flavor %26 texture could be improved. Put a container of vanilla or cream cheese frosting the same amount of creamy peanut butter into a bowl place in microwave for 15-25 seconds whip softened mixture for 5-7 minutes place in a square cake pan put in freezer for around 3-4 hours!! I like to have a can of vanilla %26 chocolate frosting for emergency chocolate frosting on brownies or vanilla frosting on cinnamon rolls. This was okay - didn't taste like homemade but works in a pinch.

It just tastes too sweet. I actually mixed one of these tubs with a tub of whipped topping and it tasted a lot closer to actual buttercream frosting, I was shocked. If you're in a hurry, I'd suggest trying that.

I purchased this item because the ingredients listed online did not contain synthetic dyes, they listed beta carotene for color. The product I received did not have the same ingredients listed.
