The cartridge fit into the printer, but trying to get the paper of the back of the label was quite a job.

I called to cancel an order because I never get it. I was supposed to get two or three days after . I waited over 10 days to cancel it. Then a week after they charged me for it and I called them again talked to customer service and they told me that I will receive my refund within a week. Never get it.
