Love this pan
I am very happy with this pan. I was looking for a functional, yet attractive pan for desserts. The texture of the pan, both inside and out, is exceptional. Every area of the pan is smooth, with no chipping. The pan looks and feels substantial, yet it's not heavy or cumbersome. I haven't tried it yet for baking, and that will be the real test.

GreenLife Ceramic Nonstick 13 x 9 cake pan
I love love love Greenpan, have so many pieces, yet, never enough :). My recent purchases are awesome, I have tried both and am so happy I got those lovelies. Thank you GreenPan, you are my favorite, not to mention, healthy cooking!!!! Oh, and the colors! Awesome!

Nonstick But Not Scratch Resistant
The baking pan is truly nonstick, I have had nothing stick at all. The only problem I have is that the paint coating on the outside of the pan scratches easily by simply sliding the pan on the oven rack. Will most likely get some rusting on the bare metal. If the scratches won't bother you, the nonstick feature is awesome.

lightweight, for better or worse
I was first pleasantly surprised by how light this was, and then disappointed to find that the bottom was warped - it doesn't sit flat. It also arrived with some dings on the coating. I gave it an extra star because it still worked great, but the wobbly bottom is super annoying and the chip in the finish means it won't last as long.

Coating comes off
The coating comes off very easily, even stacking the plan to store it scratches the coating off. Its a pretty pan but if you plan to use it to bake look for another pan.
