This item clearly states in 3 places in the item description that it is for TWO door closures, one touch %26 hold, the other not touch %26 hold, for use with heavy glass doors. What I received was one touch %26 hold door closure. I am missing the non-touch door closure. Very disappointed in being lied to. False advertising. NOT AS DESCRIBED!
I replaced an older closet with this so the installation was a breeze. Removed the 2 pins on either end and replaced of with the new one. Seems to work fine. Door opens rather easy with little to no resistance and closes nearly all the way rapidly but stops before banging closed. It finishes closing slow and easy all the way.
Much better than the cheap one, but sometimes doesnt latch shut. Good value Good shipping Doesn't close door a third of the time
Nice door closure, very convenient to just push the button down instead of having to use that little metal slide to lock the door in the open position.
The only negative about this closer is that it doesn't allow the door to open up a full 90 degrees. The one touch hold position feature is VERY handy. The closer mechanism could be stronger, but it is adequate. (but watch in a high wind situation)
My old one was acting crazy. I took a chance to see if this would work. It didn't disappoint. My grandson (older teen) put it on for me. So……yes, get it if it is similar!
Seem to be cheaply made.
Works good, easy to install.
I love this product! It functions just like it is stated. My screen door closes smoothly, and it just works perfectly, plus it looks good, too. I also like that I can press the button to hold the door open instead of the old way of having to move the piece back and forth. I will buy it again and i highly recommend it.
it seems to work pretty good it's best if you want to keep the door propped open is don't click it as you're opening it wait until it's starting to close you determine at what distance you want to keep it open and then click at the door is shutting that's the way I found it works. those pictures are so exciting haha.
