Got it for my mom and myself, she's in physical therapy for her arms and hands so needed something that could alternate between required exercises. It works perfectly only thing is the finger tension tool is a bit small if you have a bigger ring size then 10-12ish.

This item has helped me with my forearm training,this item is pretty good i recommend it 100%.

My 16 year old son with super skinny hands broke this in one week. He received for Christmas. He broke the handle in half today using it.

products are low quality and low resistance. basically useless. would not recommend it to anyone.
