I'll tell you if you have arthritis these guys help. 3 different strength balls. Exercise that arthritis stricken hand often. It does help. The cows and goats will appreciate it.

Amazing exercise.
I am an asthmatic. Just going 100 feet and I need to use an inhaler. Suffice it to say, "My time is in an office chair with youtube. Not to good for the body. Now that I have these balls I have begun to get strength back to hands! Exercising with balls does not take away your breath. I also bought a 5 lb barbell and am strengthening my arms! What a difference it makes and it hasn't even been a week."
