These are a very well made product but unless you have a very strong grip strength they are not for you

does it's job.. not for smaller hands
it does what it's supposed to, quality is ok ( not great but works )... one thing I would like to point out.. if you have a smaller hand this is not for you. luckily I have big hands but someone with smaller hands would have a difficult time using this.

Forearm and hand strengthener
I like the design, but overall it's gimmicky. It has a little clicky counter in the handle to keep track of how many poles you make, which I thought was completely unnecessary. My issue with it is the spring tension adjuster. It's extremely difficult to use because the angle between the adjuster and the spring is pretty radical. In all good consciousness, I would not recommend this.

Hand strength
This is not a product that I could use. It was very stiff. I had my physical therapist look at it , and even he could not adjust the tension so that he could use it.
