I think it is fresh, and a spice I use Almost daily, it mixes with other spices to help my digestion. I want and like just organic and no GMO as much as possible. I have IBS, and need to be careful what I eat! This is the best!

I've been using ginger powder for a while now in my Asian-inspired meals, and I must say this product is good quality for the amount you get and how finely it's ground. It has that classic ‘ginger bite' and feels fresh. If you're in a humid area, you might experience some clumping eventually, but that's about the only downside. This product is among others that are gluten-free, non-GMO, etc.  

This is finely ground ginger, and I use quite a bit of it in my soups and sauces. The container has both a sifter and a spoon hole for easy access. There is a seal, although the ginger aroma escapes through the container. After trying it, I can say the consistency is lovely and complements whatever I'm cooking very well.  

This is simply standard ginger powder, just as advertised. It looks, smells, and tastes fresh. It's quite a large container, which may be a drawback for me personally, as I might not utilize it all before it starts losing its strength, but if you go through lots of ginger, this could be perfect for you.
