I have been purchasing Great Value spices for years. Spice prices continue to go up and Great Value spices stay at a low price of around $1.25 while others are $4.00 or more. Good taste, large size and the seal is EASY to open. Plus they are usually fully stocked. Thanks Walmart!

im off on a cuisine change so have had to purchase a great many single spices, but whwn i can get one with a blend, the flavor is realistic and i save money. im doing East Indian and middle eastern but they do share some of the same spices , so that helps.

This Turmeric turned out to be a quality product. I was surprised. I usually pick this product up at a specialty store. I was in a jam and grabbed it here. I have recently found that most Walmart brand products are pretty good!

I really love it! I usually purchase my turmeric in bulk. But I ran out and substituted with this Walmart brands. It was very fresh, flavorful and a really nice fine grind. Definitely would purchase it agaiñ!

Why are there so many negative reviews about products that have NOTHING to do with the product?? It's misleading and misinformation. Anyway, I did try this product and was very good. I will say, however, worth it to spend the extra buck for name brand on this one. I am a GV brand supporter and while (for the price) this was good, GV not my favorite on this item.

( C-) I didn't like this Turmeric. I feel like it's poor quality knock off and cheap. It's very inexpensive and the texture, smell and taste are all represented by the low value. I didn't have high expectations but in my opinion this was below the bar. I won't be purchasing this again

The taste is awful, tastes cheap! got it for the price honestly. and needed some ASAP for homemade yellow rice and the taste of this powder ruined my whole pot of rice. you can't be cheap with everything.

I didn't order this ginger. I ordered Tumeric and a different brand. I can't imagine why I received this.
