works
I feel it works well. At my last Drs apartment..over 3 yrs ago,I was borderline needing a bp med to lower mine. I quit going to Drs altogether for personal reasons,but I can tell when I have ate out and things have had hidden salt in the preparation or as part of the preserving process.I do take these as suggested daily plus IF I feel I may get a headache from tje things in what I ate will take another 1 or so to assit my body in hopefully keeping my pressure down. Not a Dr,dont know but it just seems to help in those cases. The several herbs in these pills are very good r you so I feel its a Win win in taking them. cost its too bad either really.

between these and the hawthorn hibiscus tea I'm drinking, my blood pressure is starting to drop. Hoping to hit "normal" in a couple more weeks

Does keep BP at a good goal but I tried the Spring Valley and I think they are just as good 👍
